A mother is accused of stabbing her son after she learned he was growing marijuana inside their Rock Hill home.– well, dang, what happened to a good ‘ol fashion belt whooping?

Brian Davis, 25, had a small scratch near his elbow when officers arrived at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday to check on the domestic dispute, according to a Rock Hill police report. He told police his mom was irate when she attacked him with a knife.– just a scratch??? this made the news and it was just a SCRATCH? BAH HUMBUG. I shouldn’t have posted this either, oh well…

The mother, Delacie Davis, 49, told police they were arguing about her son growing four marijuana plants in the house on Friedheim Road. He got upset and dumped the plants and potting soil on her and onto her bed, the report states.– shoot, this is the part where she should’ve stabbed him- J/K- seriously J/K- Simply Vogue does not condone violence….but come on, he dumped the plants and potting soil on her? Geez….

The mom took officers to the back bedroom where she said Brian Davis stayed. Two screws were mounted on the back wall of a closet that were used to hold lights so the plants would grow. The officer also noticed potting soil on the floor inside the closet and in the bedroom. Brian Davis denied the marijuana was his.– so the plants are in your bedroom, but the marijuana isn’t yours? So you’re holding them for one of your home boys? BAD DECISION.

Both mother and son were arrested.

Delacie Davis was charged with assault and battery and Brian Davis was charged with marijuana possession.
