Love. Live. Life. Proceed. Progress. That’s who I am and who I’ll always be. You see, we’re all living on borrowed time, so I’m not worried about this situation. Life happens quick. The more time you spend contemplating what you should have done…you lose valuable time planning what you can and will do. Trying to tear down the past prohibits you from building up your future. So for my time here, my physical will be confined to the yard. My love and my spirit, however, know no boundaries. I’m in good spirits man, for real. My kids race through my mind all day. They know they were created with love, so love is how their life will be defined. I just hope my love and adoration for them provides a temporary bandage on a wound I unknowingly inflicted on them.

Real soon, you can catch me blogging for ESPN again thank you espn for not letting my passion for sports perish. I work out a lot because it helps pass the time. I read the Bible everyday. don’t laugh…1st time making Oven Fried Chicken…

okay, okay, so i wanted fried chicken like SO BAD yesterday, but didn’t want to go through the whole thing of frying it on the stove so i did a Google search for frying chicken in the oven and saw that you actually could do it! i know, i know, i’m SLOW, LATE, whatever, but here’s the recipe I used from cooks.com along with the outcome:   

oven fried chicken thighs!~

 

1 whole fryer, cut up
1 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper
 
Roll chicken in flour. Salt and pepper both sides. Melt butter in pan. Place chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking for 30 more minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. This makes a very crispy chicken without the oil used for frying and none of the bother.

Police in New Jersey’s capital city say a 15-year-old sold her 7-year-old sister to have sex with as many as seven men and boys at a weekend party near their home. Trenton police said Wednesday the child later put on her clothes and two strangers walked the crying girl home. She was treated at a hospital. 

Police say the teenager, who stayed behind, also took money to have sex with others at the party in an apartment Sunday. The older girl is charged with aggravated sexual assault, promoting prostitution and other crimes. Her name was not released because of her age. Police are trying to track down the men and boys who attended the party. 

The girls’ parents reported them missing Sunday afternoon and police were at the home when the 7-year-old returned.
