  • Remember Natina from the trio Blaque. The group had a song called “808” and were also in the movie Bring It On! with Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union. Well, it looks like she has headed down the same road as Maia Campbell. Natina was the rapper of the group (and wrote majority of the group’s songs) and was recently arrested for prostitution, disorderly conduct, and cocaine possession. UPDATE: this is straight from bossip.com, and is being reported as having come from Natina’s management:

Her lawyer is in the process of dealing with the person that has placed this false info in the media using photos that were altered using Photoshop. We do now know whom is responsible for this and we are now pursuing legal action! This is the same person that hacked in and deleted her first twitter page @iamnatina in which she had to create her new page @therealnatina! All of this came to surface because she had exposed an artist that was claiming to have a record deal with Jive Records but in actuality did not. This person “name left out for legal reasons” used her name as leeway to get advance services using her name. Natina has currently landed a new movie role and is also working on her solo album in New York starting next Month. The photo is not a Gwinnett county jail booking photo. Nothing can be pulled up online on the Gwinnett County Courts web site of any charges at, http://www.gwinnettcourts.com nor the Gwinnett County Jail web site which is http://www.gwinnettcountysheriff.com.

One terrible incident Kim recalls occurred the day they were supposed to be taking a fun trip skydiving with Justin Timberlake.

okay, okay, i’m not saying that i believe this post or whatever, but i figured that it would be something that i would put up just to say that i shared it. according to the post by MTO (mediatakeout.com), Reggie Bush learned that Kim Kardashian had cheated on him and slept with kanYe and tried to jump on him about it. i know, i know, makes me raise an eyebrow, too. apparently, kanYe’s security kept that from happening, but Reggie is still looking to get revenge. MTO claims they got the dirt from one of Kim’s CLOSEST friends.

  • a new single from Teairra Mari’s sophomore album has leaked called “Goodie Bag.” you can hear it on concreteloop.com.
  • so a song is getting a buzz around the web that is called “Control.” its by Olivia and Drake…however, while i was on youheardthat new.com, i saw this quote by Drake that he didn’t have anything to do with the song although it is his vocals on the track….check it out:

I support artist collaborations and sampling music that inspires you but I don’t support taking unauthorized recordings and marketing them as features. I’ve never worked with Olivia and I apologize to any fan who was duped into thinking that Control was a collaboration of mine.

What’s up GlobalGrind, it’s your girl Olivia. While I’m excited to be the newest member of the GlobalGrind family I have to set the record straight about my song “Control” featuring Drake. In no way was I trying to deceive anyone. The producers, Rony Arzoumanian, Raffi “DJ Special K” Kenadjan and DJ Finesse approached me about the record and asked if I could create a song around the beat and Drake verse they owned and created.  Since I had not spoken to Drake, I was very clear that the record could not be used for my album and could only be used for mixtapes.

After the record was done, it was released without my knowledge and we were quick to let people know it was just a mixtape record. The producers put together the record and leaked it before they confirmed with Drake. The record  “Control” was for my mixtape “Under the Radar” which comes out on the 25th on Oliviaworldwide.com. I was not pleased when the record leaked and made a statement regarding that on my twitter. My team and I were not ready but it leaked and I did not leak it. It is what it is. It’s the internet age we live in, it’s a gift & a curse.
